Ingredients

• 50ml aperitif (Aperol or Campari)
• 25ml sparkling water
• 1 can of BRO/XO Sparkling wine

Directions

Drop a few ice cubes into the bottom of a wine glass. Pour 50ml aperitif (such as Aperol or Campari) into the glass followed by 25ml sparkling water and then fill up the glass with a can of BRO/XO.

• 1 1/2 oz. vodka
• 1 1/2 oz. brandy
• 1 tsp. sherry
• 1 1/2 oz. BRO/XO Sparkling wine

Directions

Stir the vodka, brandy, and sherry well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and simply add BRO/XO.

Directions
Pour a can of Brosecco into a champagne glass. Top with peach or mango purée.

Directions

Half-fill a Collins glass with stout and top up slowly with BRO/XO Sparkling wine. Stir gently with glass or plastic rod.

Ingredients

• 5 mint leaves

• 1oz rum

• 1/2 lime, 1tbsp simple syrup

• BRO/XO Sparkling wine

Directions

Hold 5 mint leaves in the palm of one hand and clap your other hand over it roughly 5 times.  Drop the leaves into the glass with ice, then pour over 1oz of rum, juice ½ lime, 1 tsp sugar syrup and a few dashes of Angostura bitters. Stir very gently then slowly top with BRO/XO Sparkling wine.

Directions

Pour 1 tbsp crème de cassis into the bottom of a champagne flute. Top with chilled BRO/XO Sparkling and garnish with a fresh raspberries and/or blackberries.

• 4 oz.

Directions

Pour absinthe into a champagne flute and add iced BRO/XO until it clouds up (at least 4 ounces).Garnish with a lemon twist.

Directions

Add four raspberries to a glass and crush with a pestle, add 1oz raspberry liqueur (such as Chambord) then top with chilled BRO/XO Sparkling wine.

• 1/2 oz. lemon juice
• 5 oz.
BRO/XO Sparkling wine

Directions

Shake gin, lemon juice, and sugar well with cracked ice in a chilled cocktail shaker. Strain into a glass and top off with BRO/XO.
